Optimizing train ticket experience

Challenge
PKP intercity is the leading train company in Poland. Unfortunately, printed tickets contain lots of unnecessary information and lack good information architecture. I wanted to take a closer look at it and create a concept that can solve the main passengers' obstacles.
Research
Consumer is overloaded with tons of details and hard to follow visual structure. Even if they're necessary at some scenarios, they're not suitable for end-user.
Design
The traveler sometimes needs to locate his train and compartment quickly at the station. The Flood of the information is making the situation even more complex. So let's make it simpler!
Keeping user up-to-date
Let's give the user option to easily check updated time of arrival at each station. This way, the travelling experience will be more pleasurable.
